For the first time, the meeting was hosted in Croatia, which saw the participation of over 50 delegates from across the globe while some joined online. The discussions primarily revolved around data collection on characteristics of schools, equity in education, early childhood education and care, teacher shortages, education finance, tuition fees and financial support to students, teacher shortages, and SDG 4 indicators.
